Accommodated Exams Login


Welcome to Accommodated Exams

Accommodated Exams is Western University's department that coordinates exams and assessments, both online and in-person, for students with disabilities who are registered with Accessible Education / Accessibility Services (King's) . Accommodated Exams and Accessible Education/Accessibility Services (King's) have partnered together to ensure your exams and assessments meet all required accommodations.


  • Log into your Examination Services Portal.
  • Find your course code and select 'Request Exam'
  • Hit the blue request button beside the exam/assessments you want to register.
  • Check your Examination Services Portal for confirmed date, time and location. This information will be visible on your portal at least 5 days prior to your assessment or exam.

Please follow the instructions under the 'Assessments in this Course' section. The instructions will guide you to email your instructor.

Request your assessment through your Examination Services Portal. All late requests for in-person assessments will be reviewed by the Accommodated Exams team. For online assessments, you need to follow-up with your instructor to confirm that your accommodations have been applied as this information can not be viewed by the Accomomdated Exams team.

Late requests for final exams will not be accepted. Please connect with your Academic Advising Unit.

You can choose to write with your main class without your accommodations applied OR you will need to contact your Academic Advising Unit to discuss alternative arrangements.
If the exam or assessment will be conducted online and remotely (i.e. not in class), contact your instructor directly to request that your accommodations are applied.

If you're unable to attend a scheduled accommodated exam, please cancel through your Examination Services Portal at least 24 hours in advance or reach out to us to cancel for you. To do so, click the 'cancel booking' button found in the 'request history' section of your examination services portal.

Failure to cancel your booking without 24 hours notice will result in a $35 no-show fee being applied to your online statement of account in Student Centre.


Student Assessment Booking Requirements:

I recognize that in order to write assessments with Accommodated Exams, it is my responsibility to:

  1. Understand fully that I may be prohibited from writing exams with Accommodated Exams if I commit a scholastic offence or violate my Code of Student Conduct.
  2. Submit an assessment booking for each non-final quiz, test, or exam that I intend to write with Accommodated Exams no later than 10 days before the date of the assessment. There is a separate deadline for final exams (December/April).
  3. Understand that if I fail to meet the above listed deadlines, I may be unable to write exams with Accommodated Exams.
  4. Confirm my exam arrangements by checking the schedule in my Examination Services Portal.
  5. Submit any changes to the exam date, time, and/or cancellations by emailing accommodatedExams@uwo.ca.
