Accommodated Exams is Western University's department that coordinates exams and assessments, both online and in-person, for students with disabilities who are registered with Accessible Education / Accessibility Services (King's) . Accommodated Exams and Accessible Education/Accessibility Services (King's) have partnered together to ensure your exams and assessments meet all required accommodations.
Please follow the instructions under the 'Assessments in this Course' section. The instructions will guide you to email your instructor.
Request your assessment through your Examination Services Portal. All late requests for in-person assessments will be reviewed by the Accommodated Exams team. For online assessments, you need to follow-up with your instructor to confirm that your accommodations have been applied as this information can not be viewed by the Accomomdated Exams team.
Late requests for final exams will not be accepted. Please connect with your Academic Advising Unit.
If you're unable to attend a scheduled accommodated exam, please cancel through your Examination Services Portal at least 24 hours in advance or reach out to us to cancel for you. To do so, click the 'cancel booking' button found in the 'request history' section of your examination services portal.
Failure to cancel your booking without 24 hours notice will result in a $35 no-show fee being applied to your online statement of account in Student Centre.
