Only fall/winter 2024-25 tours (Oct to early April) are open for registration.

Once you book your tour, you'll receive an email 📧 from visit@uwo.ca with the subject line, "Your Western University campus tour!". Check your spam folder as sometimes our emails are filtered.

Tour booking closes 48 hours before the date. If a space is open on the availability calendar, email us at visit@uwo.ca to book your spot. We are unable to accommodate any "walk-ins" or "add-ons" on the day of a tour.

To ensure you have a personalized experience, we keep our group sizes small. When you search tours, you will tell us the total number of people in your group. If you have already booked and would like to add another guest, email us at visit@uwo.ca.

Tours during October-April include campus and residence. Summer term tours (early May to mid August) are also campus and residence.

Sometimes a weekend tour is offered. Choosing a weekend tour (outside of our large scale open house events in Nov & Mar) means not all academic areas are accessible and most support offices (including ours) are closed.

Each tour is customized depending on interests for the majority of guests! When you are booking, select the area of study you are most interested in. You can also add others in the notes section. Whatever you are interested in, our tour guides can speak to your interests - even if a specific building / Faculty is not being visited.

We do not maintain waitlists for campus tours. Check back frequently to see if spaces have opened for your desired date.
